FAIRPORT, N.Y. (AP) - Constellation Brands Inc., the world's largest winemaker, on Monday said it has sold $700 million in 7.25 percent senior notes.The notes, due in 2017, were sold at par in a private placement.The $694 million in net proceeds will go toward debt under the revolving portion of its senior credit facility, Constellation said.Shares rose 25 cents to $23.89 in Monday's trading.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
