PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Veolia Environnement's water division said it has won a 30-year contract worth 780 mln eur in sales from Haikou Water Group to manage the drinking water service and a wastewater treatement plant in Haikou, on the island of Hainan in south China.The deal involves Veolia acquiring 49 pct of Haikou First Water Co Ltd, which will actually do the work.
