BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - Brussels shares TFN market data at 10.53 am:

Main index

-Bel 20 down 2.47 points or 0.05 pct at 4,529.59

Bel 20 gainers

-Suez up 0.77 eur or 1.81 pct at 43.28 after GdF and Suez said they see merger on first-half of next year, 10 pct EBITDA rise in 2008. Dexia ups target price to 49 eur vs 42, maintains 'buy'. KBC reiterates 'accumulate'. Nomura maintains 'neutral'.

-Bekaert up 1.59 eur or 1.58 pct at 101.92 after it abandons takeover talks with Russia's Uralkord. Petercam reiterates 'buy', saying no impact on investment case. KBC reiterates 'accumulate'.

-Dexia flat at 23.22 eur. Degroof reiterates 'accumulate' and 23 eur target price on increase of Arcofin's holding in the bank to 16.81 pct fron 16.76 pct.

Bel 20 fallers

-Belgacom down 0.41 eur or 1.22 pct at 33.09

-InBev down 0.77 eur or 1.17 pct at 65.18

-Fortis down 0.18 eur or 0.77 pct at 23.31. KBC reinitiates coverage with 'buy', 28 eur target price. CEO says the consortium paid right price for ABN Amro, dividend policy will not change.

-KBC down 0.57 eur or 0.57 pct at 99.26

-Umicore down 0.27 eur or 0.15 pct at 175.98. Nyrstar IPO to be priced at 18-23 eur per share. ING maintains 'buy', welcoming IPO price. ING Analyst Arnaud Goossens told TFN some other analysts were expecting a higher range.

-Solvay down 0.08 eur or 0.08 pct at 104.76. Signs deal to sell Caprolactones unit for 200 mln eur. KBC reiterates 'buy'.

Outside the Bel 20

-Innogenetics down 0.12 eur or 1.86 pct at 6.33 following resignation of CEO Frank Morich and appointment of replacement Christiaan De Wilde. KBC rating cut to are duce' from 'accumulate', target price 6 eur vs 8.50.

-Kinepolis down 1.02 eur or 2.21 pct at 45.15 on Q3 ticket sales 5.8 mln vs 5.5 mln, up 4.4 pct year-on-year. Degroof maintains 'hold', saying figures slightly below market expectations. Petercam preliminarily reduces target price to 55 eur from 57.50, maintains 'add'. KBC reiterates 'buy'. ING maintains 'buy'.

-Deceuninck down 0.11 eur or 0.59 pct at 18.60. Target price lowered to 20.5 eur from 22 on weak Q3.

-EVS Broadcast Equipment up 2.59 eur or 3.46 pct at 77.40

-D'Ieteren down 6.10 eur or 1.98 pct at 301.40
