Euronext NV's 'Aa3' issuer rating withdrawn - Moody's

MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Moody's Investors Service withdrew its 'Aa3' issuer rating on Euronext NV as it expects that, after the merger of NYSE Group Inc and Euronext NV, the primary debt issuer for the group going forwards will be NYSE Euronext.

The rating had a stable outlook and there is no rated debt outstanding, Moody's said.
