UPS CEO to step down, replacement named |

NEW YORK (AP) - Package delivery company United Parcel Service Inc. said Monday Chairman and Chief Executive Mike Eskew will step down at the end of the year, and will be replaced by current Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer Scott Davis.Eskew has been chairman since 2002. Davis, 55, joined UPS in 1986 when it acquired technology company II Morrow, where he was CEO.Kurt Kuehn, 52, currently senior vice president of global sales and marketing, will succeed Davis as CFO.Shares fell 3 cents to $76.59 in afternoon trading.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
