BioMed Realty Trust raises dividend

SAN DIEGO (AP) - Real estate investment trust BioMed Realty Trust Inc. on Thursday said its board boosted its quarterly dividend by 6.9 percent to 31 cents per share.

In the previous quarter, the company paid a 29-cent dividend.

BioMed will pay the dividend on April 16 to stockholders of record on March 30.
