Vincent Bollore raises stake in Havas to 30.54 pct for 84.6 mln eur

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Vincent Bollore has raised his stake in advertising company Havas, of which he is chairman, to 30.54 pct by acquiring 3.94 pct held by Sebastian Holdings unit CSCS Ltd for 5 eur per share, or 84.6 mln eur, according to a filing by Bollore SA with French financial market regulators.

In March, Vincent Bollore said his group would raise its stake in Havas to 31 pct by the end of June by exercising a call option on the 5 pct stake held by CSCS.
