ZURICH (Thomson Financial) - Schulthess Group AG has acquired 80 pct of German solar company Corona Solar GmbH for an undisclosed sum.The acquisition will be carried out by the heating and cooling division of Schulthess, and is part of the company's strategy to gain a foothold in the solar thermal market.Corona Solar has specialised in the use of large-size solar energy collectors since 1996, and generates annual sales of approximately 8 mln sfr.sarah.fenwick@thomson.comsf/dcaCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
