BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - The European Commission said its inquiry deadline for Kazakh national oil company KazMunaiGaz's proposed acquisition of 75 pct of Rompetrol Group's share capital is set for November 20.Rompetrol is Romania's second-largest petrol company.
