BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - Brussels shares TFN market data at 10.27 am:

Main index

-Bel 20 40.01 points or 0.89 pct lower at 4,461.97

Bel 20 gainers

-Agfa-Gevaert up 0.01 eur or 0.07 pct at 13.73

-Cofinimmo up 0.09 eur or 0.07 pct at 127.50

Bel 20 fallers

-Umicore down 4.30 eur or 2.37 pct at 177.25

-Fortis down 0.51 eur or 2.21 at 22.60. Degroof reinitiates at 'buy' and 29.50 eur target price.

-Solvay down 1.30 eur or 1.25 pct at 102.53. KBC reiterates 'buy'.

-Dexia down 0.18 eur or 0.79 pct at 22.62

-KBC down 0.67 eur or 0.68 pct at 97.63

-Suez down 0.28 eur or 0.65 pct at 42.67. Reports to acquire 33 pct in Grupo Aguas de Valencia.

-InBev down 0.12 eur or 0.18 pct at 65.00

Outside the Bel 20

-Innogenetics down 0.22 eur or 3.53 pct at 6.01

-Cumerio down 0.32 eur or 1.09 pct at 29.07. HSBC reduces target price to 23 eur from 24, maintains 'underweight'.

-Roularta flat at 57.40 eur after buy of remaining 50 pct stake in 'A nous' magazines. KBC reiterates 'buy'.

-Kinepolis flat at 45.50 eur. ING revises full-year ticket sales estimates downward to 22.7 mln customers from 23.4 mln, 'buy' rating and 57 eur target price maintained.

-OncoMethylome Sciences trading suspended at 10.95 eur during bookbuild of new 8 mln eur share launch to fund cancer products trials.
