SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) - Computer chip maker Intel Corp. said Friday it named Carol Bartz to its board of directors.Bartz, 59, currently serves as chairman of the board at design software and services provider Autodesk Inc. She previously also served as chairman, president and chief executive at Autodesk for 14 years. Bartz also currently serves on the boards of Cisco Systems Inc., Network Appliance Corp. and the Foundation for the National Medals of Science and Technology.The addition of Bartz increases the size of the board to 12 members.Shares of Intel fell 8 cents to $25.45 in morning trading.
