Apace forms Balkan Media JV with Sweden's MTG Broadcasting

LONDON (AFX) - Apace Media PLC said it will form a joint venture with MTG Broadcasting AB of Sweden, in a deal valuing its Balkan assets at about 17 mln eur.

The UK content production company said in a statement that the joint venture, Balkan Media Group Ltd (BMGL), will hold all of its eastern European broadcasting assets and that MTG will pay 8.57 mln eur for its 50 pct stake in the joint venture.
