PARIS (AFX) - Colas, a unit of Bouygues, said it signed a draft agreement to acquire a 50 pct stake in UK rail group Amec Spie Rail Systems, part of PAI Partners unit, Spie.In December, Colas agreed to fully acquire Spie's French unit Spie Rail.The group did not say how much it will pay.paris@afxnews.comafp/mrg/lamCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
