BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - Russia's crude oil exports by rail to China totaled 1.55 mln tons in the two months to February, up 2.3 pct year-on-year, the official Xinhua news agency reported.Russia shipped 10.26 mln tons of crude oil by rail to China in 2006, up 33.6 pct. It expects to raise exports by rail to 15 mln tons this year, Xinhua said.China hopes to ramp up imports of crude oil from Russia via the Siberia-Pacific pipeline branch originating in Skovorodino.kelly.zang@xfn.com
