Arcelor Mittal to build new steel service centre in Krakow, Poland

AMSTERDAM (AFX) - Arcelor Mittal said it is building a new steel service centre (SSC) in Krakow, Poland, with a processing capacity of 450,000 tonnes per year.

The new centre is expected to begin operating in the fourth quarter.

Arcelor Mittal already has operating in Huta Zendzimira near Krakow and in Bytom near Katowice.

No financial details were disclosed.
