DaimlerChrysler gives Sogeade pre-emptive right for 7.5 pct EADS stake |

PARIS (AFX) - DaimlerChrysler has given the French company Sogeade SCA a pre-emptive right for a 7.5 pct stake in EADS under an agreement reached by key French and German shareholders in EADS, according to a filing with the French financial markets authority, AMF.Sogeade is the holding company for the French state's 15 pct stake and Lagardere SCA's 7.5 pct stake in EADS.The agreement among the shareholders was reached on March 6.paris@afxnews.comafp/mjs/cmrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
