SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - General Dynamics' Itronix division said Monday that it has reached a reseller agreement with Telos Corp. to provide the Army with rugged handheld and laptop computers.Telos is a prime contractor under the Army Desktop and Mobile Computing-2, or ADMC-2, program. Telos agreed to provide several General Dynamics products through the contract.While General Dynamics did not disclose the terms of the deal, the company said that vendors under the ADMC-2 have contracts that can last for up to ten years, with a three-year base period, three two-year options and a one-year option, with a ceiling on the contract of $5 billion.General Dynamics Itronix develops wireless, rugged computing systems for commercial, government and military customers.Shares of General Dynamics rose 60 cents to $77.32 in midday trading on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
