COPENHAGEN (Thomson Financial) - Danish transport group DSV AS said its subsidiary DSV Air & Sea Holding AS has bought a 20 pct share stake in Pakistan based Country Logistics Ltd for an undisclosed sum.DSV has an option to acquire the remaining shares of the company within a period of 3 years.Country Logistics, with yearly sales of around 25 mln dkr, has been a partner of DSV's global network during the past 3 years.DSV said it sees the investment as an important part of its expansion strategy for the Sub Continent region, where it already has operations in India and Bangladesh.gustav.sandstrom@thomson.comgs/jlwCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
