HELSINKI (Thomson Financial) - Fortum said it is planning to build a new biofuel-based heat and power plant in Jarvenpaa at a cost of 60 mln eur to meet the increasing need for district heating in the area.The plant, which will use 80 pct biofuel, is set to be completed for production by 2010.azer.sawiris@thomson.comafs/ambCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
