EIIC owns over 3 pct of Vivendi as 'long-term investment'; seeks board seat

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Emirates International Investment Company, EIIC,

owns over 3 pct of Vivendi's capital which it sees as a long-term investment,

and will ask for a seat on Vivendi's supervisory board at the AGM on Thursday,

EIIC chief executive Mehdi Dazi said in an interview with La Tribune.
