LONDON (Thomson Financial) - GE Media, Communications & Entertainment, a unit of GE Commercial Finance, and NBC Universal said they have launched a 250 mln fund that will invest in media and technology companies with high growth potential.The two companies also announced they have invested 3 mln usd in Adify, an early stage company that has developed online advertising networking technology.GE Commercial Finance is wholly owned by General Electric Co, which also owns 80 pct of NBC Universal with the remainder held by Vivendi SA.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.comwjCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
