Correction: Navy/Lockheed story

WASHINGTON (AFX) - In a Jan. 12 story about the U.S. Navy halting work on one of Lockheed Martin Corp.'s littoral combat ships, The Associated Press erroneously reported the reason for a six-month delay that raised costs. It was due to the company receiving incorrect reduction gears from vendors, not a delay in receiving high-grade steel.
