LAS VEGAS (AFX) - Specialty chemicals maker American Pacific Corp. said Wednesday it plans to sell senior notes with principal of $110 million in a move to refinance existing debt.The notes will be available to qualified institutional buyers and come due in 2015.American Pacific said some of the proceeds will be used to finance an additional payment associated with its 2005 purchase of its fine chemicals business.
