PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Louis Gallois, head of Airbus and co-CEO of parent company EADS, met advisors to president Nicolas Sarkozy at the Elysee palace this afternoon.The press department of the Elysee said Gallois did not meet the president himself and did not indicate which advisors the executive saw.The Airbus chief did not make any comment upon leaving the Elysee.Meeting German chancellor Angela Merkel last night, Nicolas Sarkozy said an agreement between France and Germany over aeronautical group EADS was a matter of 'urgency'.French trade union FO said today that the president will visit Airbus' headquarters in Toulouse, south-west France, tomorrow to brief staff on his talks with the German chancellor about EADS.tfn.paris@thomson.comafp/gt/jlcCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
