FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - Defense contractor General Dynamics Corp. said Thursday it was awarded an $18.4 million, three-year contract to provide Internet-based phone service to the Pentagon.The company said its General Dynamics Information Technology subsidiary won the contract from the Army. General Dynamics won a contract to renovate the Pentagon in 1998, and was awarded another contract after the 2001 terrorist attacks.Shares of General Dynamics fell 14 cents to $81.22 in morning trading.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
