Arnaud Lagardere lifts stake in Lagardere SCA beyond 10 pct

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - French market regulator AMF said Lagardere Capital & Management, which is controlled by Arnaud Lagardere, has increased its stake in Lagardere SCA beyond the 10 pct threshold.

The AFM said the company now controls 10.07 pct of the capital and 12.26 pct of the voting rights in Lagardere SCA.
