LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Altria Group Inc unit Philip Morris USA said it has filed two lawsuits in a US federal court in an attempt to stop internet sites from selling cigarettes bearing the company's trademarks.Philip Morris USA alleges the operators of www.paylessmoke.com and www.cigmall.net and a number of related websites are selling cigarettes that have been illegally imported.It also alleges the website operators have made false statements about the legality of these sales and are failing to comply with tax laws.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.comwjCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
