MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Moody's Investors Service said it has upgraded Indosat Finance Co BV and Indosat International Finance Co BV's senior unsecured foreign currency ratings to 'Ba2' from 'Ba3' with a stable outlook.The ratings agency said the action follows the upgrade of Indonesia's 'Ba3' foreign currency sovereign ceiling to 'Ba2'.Moody's said the bonds are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat), Indonesia's second largest cellular operator.The ratings agency also affirmed Indosat's 'Ba1' local currency corporate family rating with a stable outlook.TFN.newsdesk@thomson.comndi/manCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
