MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Indian ratings agency Crisil said it has assigned Unity Infraprojects Ltd's 1 bln rupees non-convertible debenture programme 'A-' ratings with a stable outlook based on its strong capability in the field of engineering, procurement and construction contracting.Crisil, a division of Standard & Poor's, said it has also assigned a 'P1' rating to the company's enhanced 500 mln rupees short term debt programme. The ratings also factor in the benefits that the company derives from its increased networth and high operating efficiency, Crisil said. However, the rating strengths are partially offset by the company's increased exposure to build-operate-transfer (BOT) projects, and high working capital requirements of the business, the ratings agency said.TFN.newsdesk@thomson.comvsr/manCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
