LISBON (Thomson Financial) - Portuguese state water company Aguas de Portugal (AdP) has appointed Caixa BI, owned by state-controlled bank Caixa Geral de Depositos, to act as financial advisor in the privatisation of fully owned unit Aquapor.The process is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2008, AdP said in a statement.
