MILAN (AFX) - Parmalat SpA said in a statement that the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey has again rejected a motion from Citigroup to hear Parmalat's damages suit against the bank in a location other than New Jersey.'The suit continues in New Jersey, the forum originally selected by Parmalat,' the statement said.In the suit, Parmalat is seeking damages of a reported 10 bln usd from Citigroup for its alleged role in the collapse of the food group in 2003.danilo.masoni@thomson.comdm/abrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
