MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Moody's Investors Service said it has affirmed

the ratings on Swiss telecom operator Swisscom AG and changed the baseline

credit assessment (BCA) to 8 from 7, to reflect the weakening in financial

metrics from the acquisition of Fastweb SpA in Italy.
