MORRIS TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) - Diversified industrial conglomerate Honeywell International Inc. said Friday in a regulatory filing it entered into a $2.8 billion, five-year credit agreement.Honeywell said it intends to use the funds for general corporate purposes including the issuance of commercial paper.Citicorp USA Inc. is administrative agent for the transaction.Shares of Honeywell rose 1 cent to $58.23 in midday trading.
