BALTIMORE (AP) - Electricity and natural gas company Constellation Energy Group Inc. said Friday E. Follin Smith, executive vice president and chief financial officer, is stepping down.The company said she is leaving to spend more time with her family.John R. Collins, senior vice president and chief risk officer, will replace her as CFO, effective Friday, the company said. He will also continue to serve as the company's risk officer.Constellation Energy Group said Smith will stay at the company as a consultant to help with the transition through February 2008.Constellation Energy Group shares slipped 69 cents to $94.28 in electronic after-hours trading.
