NEW YORK (AFX) - Energy Transfer Partners LP said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Wednesday that H. Michael Krimbill, the chief financial officer and a director of Energy Transfer Partners LLC, has resigned.The distributor of gas and propane said Krimbill plans to pursue outside business interests. He will continue with the partnership through an unspecified transition period.Energy Transfer Partners said it has begun the search for a replacement.The company's stock rose 30 cents to close at $51.30 on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
