HSBC to open branch in Shenyang, northeast China |

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - HSBC said it has obtained approval from the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) to set up a branch in Shenyang in northeast China.In a statement, HSBC said the new branch is scheduled to open within the year upon receipt of the operational license from the CBRC.HSBC has 35 outlets in mainland China.will.davies@afxasia.comwd/net
