Kimberley Diamond accepts cash offer from Gem Diamonds

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Kimberley Diamond Company NL said it has accepted the cash offer from Gem Diamonds Ltd valuing the company at 0.70 aud per share.

Gem Diamonds Australia Pty Ltd, a unit of Gem Diamonds, has also advised Kimberley Diamond Company that it will accelerate payment arrangements under the offer.
