LONDON (Thomson Financial) - UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown expects a protracted fight in parliament over the new EU reform treaty, agreed last night, and has set aside up to three months to ratify it, the Times reported without citing sources.The newspaper said Brown told Cabinet on Tuesday to expect a long fight over the new treaty.
