LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Football club Queens Park Rangers Holdings Ltd (QPR) said it will immediately repay a loan of 805,207 stg to Anaid Holdings Ltd from the proceeds of the convertible loan facilities provided by the Sarita concert party.Anaid Investments holds 3.57 mln shares in QPR, representing a stake of about 3.6 pct in the company.QPR said it is in the commercial interests of the company to repay the Anaid loan, along with certain other creditors, as soon as possible.Earlier today, QPR said the recommended offer from Renault Formula One boss Flavio Briatore's Sarita Capital Investment Inc has been declared wholly unconditional.TFN.newsdesk@thomson.comkkb/sljCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
