PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Sanofi-Aventis said its Sanofi Pasteur unit has won the approval of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to extend its licence for meningitis vaccine Menactra to children of 2-10 years of age.Sanofi Pasteur filed its application for the Menactra licence extension in March 2005 after receiving its initial licence for 11-55 year olds in January 2005.tfn.paris@thomson.comgt/ak/gt/sljCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
