WARWICK, N.Y. (AP) - Warwick Valley Telephone Co., which provides telecommunications service, said Monday that its board of directors elected Thomas H. Gray to fill a vacancy created by the retirement of board member Corinna S. Lewis.Lewis' previously announced retirement is set to coincide with the company's 2008 shareholder meeting. Instead, Gray will serve until that meeting and until a new director is elected to the board.Gray, 57, is Warwick Valley's interim president and chief executive officer.Warwick Valley shares dipped 1 cent in afternoon trading Monday to $16.93 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
