NEW YORK (AP) - The chief marketing officer of teen retailer American Eagle Outfitters Inc. sold 28,000 common shares, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Tuesday, Katherine J. Savitt, who is also a company executive vice president, reported she sold the shares Friday for $30.38 to $30.70 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
