NEW YORK (AP) - The head of human resources at teen retailer American Eagle Outfitters Inc. sold 38,459 common shares, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Tuesday, Thomas DiDonato, who is executive vice president of human resources, reported he sold the shares on March 8 and April 13 for $30.25 to $30.50 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
