NEW YORK (AP) - The chief operating officer of American Eagle Outfitters Inc.'s New York design center sold 7,787 common shares, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Tuesday, Dennis Parodi, who is also executive vice president, reported he sold the shares on March 7 and April 13 for $28.20 and $30.38 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
