NEW BRUNSWICK, Pa. (AP) - Johnson & Johnson said Thursday it started building a facility in Spring House, Pa., that will add about 150,000 square feet of new laboratory, clinical development and office space to its existing facilities.It is expected to be complete in 2009 and will be the company's new East Coast hub for discovery research and early clinical development.Shares of Johnson & Johnson rose 49 cents to $64.92 on the New York Stock Exchange in afternoon trading.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
