WARSAW (Thomson Financial) - Polish textiles manufacturer Lentex is not currently in talks to buy a majority stake in Czech textile firm Pegas Nonwovens from the Pamplona private equity fund, Lentex's largest shareholder said.Pamplona controls 43 pct of Pegas, one of Europe's leading fabrics supplier to makers of fabrics for nappies and hygienic towels. A lock-up period for the sale of its stake expired on Monday, prompting market speculation it would sell it on the market or to another investor.'I'm not currently in talks with Pamplona over the Pegas stake,' Krzysztof Moska, who controls around 15 pct of Lentex, told Thomson Financial News.
