Hafslund swaps ownership stake in One Call for 18 pct of Network Norway |

OSLO (Thomson Financial) - Hafslund said it has exchanged its ownership stake in Norwegian telecoms minnow One Call with Network Norway in return for an 18 pct stake in the mobile phone operator.'One Call is in the transaction valued at 228 mln nkr,' Hafslund said.Once the deal is completed, Hafslund said the mobile traffic from One Call's 270,000 customers in Norway and Sweden will be transferred to the telecom network of Network Norway.'Following the transactions, Network Norway serves about 450,000 customers and has an expected turnover of approximately 1.9 bln nkr in 2008,' Hafslund said.The deal will make Network Norway the third largest mobile operator in Norway.alastair.reed@thomson.comar/ajbCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
