DuPont eyes research, distribution pacts in India |

MUMBAI (AFX) - Dupont said it was considering joint ventures and alliances with other Indian firms for research and distribution, The Economic Times reported, citing Dupont India chief executive Balwinder Singh Kalsi.Dupont has already entered into technical collaborations with GVK Biosciences Pvt Ltd and Biocon Ltd's unit Syngene in the country.Last month, the company had reported it plans to invest more than 22.5 mln usd to construct its first research and development centre in India.ami.shah@thomson.comami/ra/vsCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
