Japan's Fuji Heavy now sees FY parent-level loss for tax reasons

TOKYO (XFN-ASIA) - Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd now expects to have made a

non-consolidated net loss of 6.5 bln yen in the fiscal year ended March 31,

having previously forecast a net profit of 14 bln yen, because of losses

stemming from the withdrawal of deferred tax assets, the company said.

Ford to open 135 new dealerships in India in current yr

MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Ford India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of

US-based Ford Motor Company, plans to more than double the number of dealerships

across India in the current financial year, the Business Standard reported.

Honda says 2007 China sales to increase to 400,000 units vs 323,469 in 2006

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - Car sales by Honda Motor Co's two joint ventures in

China -- Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co Ltd and Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co Ltd
