Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics prices IPO at 10 eur, top of range

AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - Human gene therapy specialist Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics set a final price of 10 eur per share for its initial public offering, at the top of the indicative range of 8-10 eur.

The IPO consisted of 5 mln new shares.

Based on the final IPO price, AMT will have a market capitalisation of 139 mln eur when trade begins on Euronext Amsterdam at 11 am today, it said.
